I am so grateful and excited that you are interested in working with me as we pursue your health and fitness goals, together. The ultimate achievement of my practice is to help guide you towards achieving long-term, sustainable health, physique, performance, and lifelong movement habits and wellness practices that enhance your experience of holistic healthful alignment, and therefore also your quality of life.
Good nutrition is a key component of helping you feel better, recover from workouts more effectively, improve your overall health, and positively influence your life. It is also even more effective than any form of exercise for positively influencing your body composition. I look forward to providing you with the building blocks for you to build your strength, improve your body composition, mould your body, and enhance your performance, finding the approach to food which aligns with your life, and seeing you through to the fruition of your goals through these means.
HKT 1-on-1 remote Nutrition Coaching: Program Details and Terms of Service
INCLUSIONS
HKT Nutrition Coaching includes an individualized nutritional guidance program catered toward your unique needs and vision. It is my aim that your nutritional guidance program will improve your nutritional self-efficacy by educating, informing, and challenging you. HKT Nutrition Coaching uses a somewhat flexible, whole foods and consistency-first based approach, providing nutrition guidance and suggestions based on your goals, situation, progress, and results, including:
100% Individualized nutritional guidance plan
Approved foods list
Macronutrient breakdown
Nutrient timing recommendations, where applicable
Weekly check-ins reviewing logged data, adherence, goal tracking, progress photos, key measurements, and notes to let your coach know how you’ve been doing
Unlimited communications via email to your coach + the ability to book 30-minute calls on an as-needed basis. As your coach, I am dedicated to your success. I am just an email away and ready to support you as needed
Adjustments to your plan are implemented as needed to ensure continued and sustainable progress

ONBOARDING & PRICING
HKT Nutrition Coaching is a personalized nutrition coaching service requiring a minimum 3-month commitment @ CA$400/month.
The initial plan will be sent to you within 72 hours after the initial call and completion of appropriate documentation, pending payment
It is the responsibility of the client to inform their coach if they wish to discontinue their month-to-month nutrition coaching service. Without any notice of desired cancellation, service and invoicing will continue in an ongoing fashion. After the three-month initial commitment period is fulfilled, clients may cancel service by notifying their coach 3 business days prior to their scheduled payment. No refunds will be provided for 6-month up-front commitment options or for any payments already made. Please only select the 6-month up-front commitment option if you are prepared to fully commit.
COMMUNICATION & THE COACHING PROCESS
48hrs max. turnaround time for email and nutrition check-in communication. Late check-ins are not guaranteed a 48hr response time.
For questions requiring quick responses, please email your coach with the word “URGENT” in the subject line. Please avoid using social media platforms as a means of urgent communication.
One 30-minute video call is available each month, and it is up to the client to utilize provided Calendly booking links to secure this session. If no session is booked, it will be assumed that all is well with programming and no further discussion is required beyond weekly check-ins. If none of the Calendly listed time slots align with your schedule, please reach out to your coach to inquire about additional availability to find a time that mutually aligns. Additional video calls are at the discretion of your coach
Your nutritional guidance programming will be delivered through the use of a 'Google Sheets' template. This will be a shared file between you and your coach, so we can both edit it together, allowing for a high degree of accountability, ensuring evolution. On your Google Sheets page, you will find your outlined strategy towards your physique, strength, and/or performance goals via nutrition implementations, calorie and macro goals, prescribed optimal meal recommendations (with noted available substitutions and rest vs. training day differentiation if applicable), daily checklist check-ins (training, water, cardio, meals, supplements, etc. - where applicable), daily subjective metric check-ins, daily logs (steps, sleep, body weight), weekly body composition tracking methods via girth measurements and progress photos, and a few weekly check-in questions to touch base on progress in more detail. Please ensure you have Google Sheets downloaded on your mobile device, so you can update this log on a daily basis. Please be as honest as you can with your inputs - your goals are my goals, and I can only help you if I know where we are working towards your vision from.
Nutrition check-ins are to be completed on your assigned check-in day, which will be determined alongside your initial plan, after your initial insulation call and completion of appropriate documentation and payment. Incomplete check-in sheets at the time of check-in will not be updated until communication is received by your coach. If check-in sheets cannot be completed on time, please notify your coach in advance. Late submissions cannot be guaranteed 48hrs turnaround time
Check-ins will be replied to within 48hrs max. of the closing of the check-in window. Replies will consist of coach's notes via email and/or Loom video recording to explain the changes made, where necessary
Athletes have access to their coach 24/7 via email. Standard response times as per above
Please communicate all relevant information with your coach. I am here to help you navigate your nutrition process and without all of the information available, I will not be able to support you to the best of my abilities. You are never a bother, so please don't hold back your feedback, questions, or concerns.

All information shared with your coach is considered completely confidential and my best efforts will be made to prevent data breach or loss. Your name, image, written feedback, voice, and/or appearance may be used in promotional materials, but NEVER without obtaining your permission first.

Where you're coming from, where you're at, and where you want to be going. Please respond in as much detail as you feel comfortable, and please be as honest as you can. Once your intake is processed, we will organize an appointment for our initial consultation, dive a little deeper, and get off to the races.
